We are serving clients via phone or video during our normal business hours: Mon-Wed 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Thurs 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
1. We are meeting with all clients by phone or video conference only. If you would like to schedule an appointment to meet, please call (704) 873-0542 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can meet via most video conferencing services such as Zoom, Webex, or Google Meetings. We probably won’t show up on video, though, as most of us haven’t been to the salon recently!
2. You can upload/download documents securely using our Citrix Sharefile portal system. You should have your portal information already but if you need any help with this or cannot remember your username, please call our office at (704) 873-0542 or email email@example.com.
3. If you need to drop off anything at our office please call us! There is someone in the office who will take your information while maintaining social distance/CDC recommended protocols. If you or anyone else in your household are feeling sick, please schedule a phone or video conference meeting instead of visiting our office. Likewise, our staff will not be working in the office if they are feeling sick.
4. Upon entering, we ask that you please sanitize your hands with the hand sanitizer provided in the lobby of our office.
5. You are encouraged, but not required to wear a mask when visiting the office.
6. You can pay your invoice by clicking the Pay Bill button above, mailing a check to our office, or by calling our office at (704) 873-0542 Monday – Wednesday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM and Thursday 8 AM – 4PM. Please do not send your credit card information via email.
Unfortunately, it looks like it’s going to be a while before we will be able to serve popcorn and coffee.
